Natalie is currently completing her specialist training in Special Care Dentistry in London and Surrey. She has experience working in general practice, hospital dentistry and community dental services. She is a keen advocate for improving the oral health of socially excluded groups such as people who experience homelessness. She is undertaking research in this as part of her Masters in Special Care Dentistry at Kings College London. Her interest in this group started from one patient interaction and has grown into setting up a mobile dental van in her community trust to see these patients. She is a Pathway Inclusion Health Dental Fellow, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur working on solutions to help these groups access dentistry and on the organising team for the Crisis at Christmas Dental Service.
