Mentoring in Implant Dentistry has significantly changed over the decades. From what was a informal relationship between two clinicians, often one more experienced than the other, to now an established and recognised format.

This webinar will help both mentors and mentees in Implant Dentistry understand what the new guidelines are and why they were developed and provide a insight into what is expected from each other during the mentoring process.

Learning Outcomes

  • To emphasise the importance of the mentoring process
  • To describe the mentoring process
  • To foster an understanding of the processes involved in mentoring
  • To foster an understanding of the long-term relationship and follow-up required in implant mentoring

On completion of this webinar you will be familiar with new national guidelines and the processes required in mentoring for implant dentistry.
