Webinar Details

Appraisals are often seen as something we must do because it meets compliance requirements and because we know it’s probably good practice, but somehow, they end up feeling like a paperwork irritation, rather than something worthwhile. When you’re a busy Manager with lots to do, the last thing you want is to spend time on something that doesn’t add value. This webinar focusses upon how we can ensure that Appraisals are worthwhile, both for you as a Manager and for your team. This webinar is for anyone who carries out appraisals - Principals, Practice Managers, Head Dental Nurses, Head Receptionists and any kind of people manager.
