This CGDent recorded webinar explores the main changes in the IADT 2020 Guidelines for the Management of Traumatic Dental Injuries, with the goal of improving treatment outcomes by following the latest evidence-based guidance.

The International Association of Dental Traumatology (IADT) released updated guidelines for the management of traumatic dental injuries in 2020. All dentists must be able to diagnose and appropriately manage traumatic dental injuries. This recorded webinar highlights the main changes brought about by these evidence-based guidelines to ensure that dentists are able to assess, treat and review these injuries effectively, maximising the short and long-term outcomes for our patients.

Aims

This course aims to provide learners with knowledge and understanding of the main changes in the IADT 2020 Guidelines for the Management of Traumatic Dental Injuries, with the goal of improving treatment outcomes by following the latest evidence-based guidance.

  • Understand methods for assessing and treating traumatic dental injuries in both the primary and permanent dentition.
