Webinar Details

Do you often feel as though you are running on a hamster wheel, expending lots of energy, but wondering if you’re actually making progress?  Do you often find yourself wishing there were more hours in the day, whilst being pulled in many directions?

This webinar will give you strategies for becoming a time management ninja so you find focus and structure, which means you are able to go home at night knowing you got everything done you set out to achieve.

This workshop is for you if you have a role which involves getting tasks done, as well as needing to have a helicopter view on what needs to be done for business and team success.  This means you have lots of different levels of priority and find yourself pulled in different directions at times!

Learning Outcomes

Learn how to:

  • Shift your focus from activities to results – being busy isn’t the same as being effective.
  • Decide what’s important versus what’s urgent so you can be crystal clear on where you need to spend your time and attention.
  • Know the value of a task or project to the business or team and therefore how much time and focus to give to it.
  • Know when to say ‘no’ and how to say it, to free up your time.

On completion of this webinar you will have learnt the strategies for becoming a time management ninja.
