Deborah Stratford is a dental hygienists and a representative of the BSDHT on the national patient safety ‘Project Sphere’. She is currently in her final year of an MSc in Human Factors for Patient Safety and is passionate about driving improvements in patient safety in dentistry and empowering the dental team to create supportive open learning cultures. She has presented at national and regional levels on the topic of Human Factors and its fundamental importance to our working environments and practices.
