P640 Human Rights

Speaker: Stacey Firman

  • About This Course

This course has been produced in collaboration with Tida.

It aims to provide you with clear understanding of the human rights that belong to each and every one of us.  It looks at what human rights are and how they were shaped throughout history, the Human Rights Act 1998 and how this is applied to domestic law in the UK and it explores some of the reasons why human rights are still breached and how we could potentially combat the problem, together.
