In this series of webinars, presented by Keerut Oberai, attendees will gain an overview of the topic of dental ethics. To begin we examine the core principles and ethical frameworks which underpin dental ethics through examination of contemporary theories and literature. Following this, we will look at how this can be applied in practice before turning our attention to specific issues relating to autonomy, consent and capacity. The overarching aim of the lecture series is to give attendees a detailed understanding of the field and the role of dental ethics in practice.
