Elvira Lang-Anderson, MD, FSIR, FSCEH, is a pioneer and leading world expert in the use of hypnosis during medical and dental procedures.
Her research-based refinement of hypnotic techniques has resulted in greater patient comfort, increased practitioner effectiveness, and improved financial performance.
She is a former Associate Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School and founder of Comfort Talk®, which trains medical and dental teams in rapid rapport and quick hypnotic techniques.
She is still affiliated with the Harvard Medical School as a faculty member of the Harvard Macy Program for Educators in Healthcare Professions.
