Dental Hygienist
Kate Reading qualified as a dental Hygienist from Liverpool in 2004 with Distinction. She has continued to work within a mix of NHS/private practices and over the last 7 years within a referral practice. Kate has continued to develop her academic skills studying further with a BSC (hons) in Dental Studies from UCLan, a PG Dip in Positive Health and a Certificate in Lifestyle Medicine Coaching.
Kate has an interest in treating patients with advanced periodontal disease with non-surgical periodontal therapy and supporting patients throughout their implant journey. Kate believes a dental hygienist plays an important role in educating patients on how to care for their own mouths and understand the benefist this can have on their overall health.
