President of the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry
Sondos is the president of the British Society of Paediatric Dentistry. She is a Professor and Honorary consultant in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Liverpool and Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. She is the vice dean for research and postgraduate studies. Sondos is a founding member of a Managed Clinical Network for Paediatric Dentistry in Cheshire and Merseyside. Alongside her clinical work she is an active researcher and her research is focused on clinical and patient reported outcomes, health inequalities and behaviour change. Sondos is the academic representative on the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh Speciality Advisory Board (SAB) in Paediatric Dentistry.
