Regional Deputy Dental Dean for Early Years
Deborah Manger is a Deputy Dental Dean with specific responsibility for therapists and dentists in their early years.
Prior to this she was a Deputy Medical Director and clinical director (community dental service) in Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT). In these leadership roles, she led many transformations and quality improvements.
She has significant board level experience regionally, spanning 6 years, within the clinical senate and across regional managed clinical networks. This has enabled her to have direct involvement in the review of complex services, specifically in community care and urgent care, within the region.
