Objectives

 During this course learners will be able to:

  • Understand the term disinfection.
  • Understand when surface cleaning should be performed.
  • Know when and why alcohol-based products can and cannot be used.
  • Know when and how spray products should be used.

  • When surface cleaning should be applied in a dental practice.
  • Why alcohol-based products can be used, and how they can be implemented into daily practice.
  • When spray products can be used, and the correct use for these products.
