Webinar Details

The Dental Technician Magazine and Pro Dental CPD launched DTCPD, an exciting new scheme for dental technicians to join selected specialist webinars and receive free of charge verifiable CPD.

Proudly running since 1947, The Dental Technician Magazine is widely considered the "Technicians bible" and a "go-to" across the industry as one of the most trusted platforms for all UK based technicians and laboratories to connect and share tips and techniques.

This is the third webinar in the series for dental technicians.

This webinar will lead participants through an insight into the MHW Framework developed by the Dental Professionals Alliance. This will show delegates how to access information regarding mental health support and suggest a procedure to follow. It is a step by step approach that is available to all and will enhance the business culture. Any business can utilise the framework and engage with the journey to enhanced Mental Health and Wellness support.

Learning Outcomes

  • To help raise awareness of mental health and wellness issues that may arise within a dental technology environment
  • To highlight language that may or may not be appropriate when dealing with  mental health and wellness issues
  • To signpost steps that can be taken within an organisation to help introduce mental health and wellness support within the business

On completion of this webinar you will be shown a framework that can be used and followed to implement a mental health wellbeing strategy within a dental technology environment.
