CEO Apolline

Pat spent the years immediately following graduation from Manchester University combining general practice with teaching oral surgery and remains to this day a partner in two practices in the South East. In 1987 she joined Denplan as a founder member where she went on to become Deputy Chief Dental Officer whilst continuing part time in general practice. At Denplan she was instrumental in developing their acclaimed quality assurance and accreditation programmes alongside their popular training programmes.

In 2003 Pat moved to Oasis Dental Care as Clinical Director, a role she held for the next 7 years. At Oasis she developed and implemented a much-praised and comprehensive bespoke clinical governance programme and, working closely with the operations team, was an integral part of the team that successfully won a number of tenders to build new start-up practices.

Along with fellow clinician Jerry Watson she co-founded Apolline in 2010. Pat and Jerry also run the Faculty of General Practice (UK)’s acclaimed ‘Certificate in Appraisal of Dental Practices'.
