We may update our site from time to time, and may change the content at any time. However, please note that any of the content on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update it.

Our site is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis. We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Where information is presented for download, you may print off one copy, for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to content posted on our site.

You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our site must always be acknowledged.

UPLOADING CONTENT TO OUR SITE

Whenever you make use of a feature that allows you to upload content to our site, you must comply with the content standards set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you will be liable to us and indemnify us for any breach of that warranty. If you are a consumer user, this means you will be responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of warranty.

RIGHTS YOU LICENCE

APPLICABLE LAW

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

If you are a business, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

PRODENTAL CPD INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP

Memberships to ProHealthcare CPD are for a single user and memberships are not transferable.  Membership to ProHealthcare CPD is by subscription, the first non-refundable payment is taken on the day you complete an ‘Individual Subscription’ form.

Further annual payments are taken on the anniversary of the first payment.

The original cost of the membership is maintained for the lifetime of the membership, provided the payments are successfully collected each year.

It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that the details entered on the ‘Individual Subscription’ form are complete and accurate.

If any details change it is the responsibility of the member to update the information.

PRODENTAL CPD GROUP SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP

Group memberships are available to practices or laboratories of 5 or more people who are all working at the same premises.

A member of staff will take responsibility of administering the practice/laboratory membership. Membership to ProDental CPD is by subscription, the first non-refundable payment is taken on the day you complete a ‘Group Subscription’ form.

Further annual payments are taken on the anniversary of the first payment.

The original cost of the practice/laboratory membership is maintained for the lifetime of the membership, provided the payments are successfully collected each year.

Licences for access to the CPD on ProDental CPD may not be resold.

It is the responsibility of the group administrator to ensure that the details entered on the ‘Group Subscription’ form are complete and accurate.

If any details change it is the responsibility of the group administrator to update the information.

PRODENTAL CPD CORPORATE SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERSHIP

Corporate accounts are available to organisations with 50 or more employees located at multiple sites, access is purchased for a minimum of 12 months.

Further payments are taken monthly after the first payment and will continue until membership is cancelled by either party.

An administrator will be responsible for the account and for assigning to licences to the practices. Membership to ProDental CPD is by subscription, the first non-refundable payment is taken when the corporate account is activated.

The original cost of the corporate licences are maintained for the lifetime of the membership, provided the payments are successfully collected each month.

Licences for access to the CPD on ProDental CPD must not be resold by the corporate organisation.

It is the responsibility of the corporate administrator to ensure that the details entered on the administration page are complete and accurate.

If any details change it is the responsibility of the group administrator to update the information.

PROCARE CPD GROUP MEMBERSHIP

A Group membership is available to homes or organisations of 10 or more people who are all working for the same organisation.

A member of staff will take responsibility of administering the group membership. Membership to ProCare CPD is by payment for selected courses, the non-refundable payment is taken on the day you complete a ‘Group Subscription’ form.

Licences for access to the CPD on ProCare CPD may not be resold.

It is the responsibility of the group administrator to ensure that the details entered on the ‘Group Subscription’ form are complete and accurate.

If any details change it is the responsibility of the group administrator to update the information.

It is the group administrator’s responsibility to assign the purchased modules to their relevant members.

PAYG PURCHASES

PAYG courses are purchased for a one-time payment, no agreement or recurring payments are required.

The fee for purchased courses is non-refundable.

PAYG courses are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase, it is your responsibility to complete all of the modules prior to the expiration date.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL PROGRAM BENEFITS (PRODENTAL CPD MEMBERS ONLY)

Your membership fee is for the life of your membership, it will not increase as long as the subscription payments are collected successfully.

If you are participating in the ProHealthcare CPD Automatic Renewal Program, ProHealthcare CPD will automatically renew your subscription on the anniversary of your purchase to ensure that there is no interruption of your member privileges.

ProHealthcare CPD will charge your chosen payment method at the original subscription rate using the payment information we have on file for your account.

Unless you provide ProHealthcare CPD with adequate prior notice that you are cancelling your subscription, we may renew your subscription without further authorisation from you.

RENEWAL NOTIFICATON

ProDental CPD subscriptions are renewed automatically on the anniversary of the first non-refundable payment to ProHealthcare CPD.

7 days before the subscription anniversary, an email advising the individual member or group administrator of the intention to collect payment will be sent to the email address used when you initially signed up for membership.

It is the responsibility of the practice to ensure that the administrator details are updated whenever there is a change of personnel.

Payment will be taken using the same payment method used when you made the first payment.

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTIONS

Prices for all subscriptions and payments include VAT but exclude telecommunication charges.

If you purchase subscription services, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card (or other form of payment that we may accept from time to time), the applicable fees and taxes (if any) set forth on the ProHealthcare CPD websites.

ProHealthcare CPD reserve the right, upon prior notice to you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees, effective at the end of your current subscription period.

All authorised charges will be billed to your designated credit card account (or other payment method) on the terms described in the specific offer.

If payment cannot be charged to your chosen payment method or your payment is returned to ProHealthcare CPD for any reason, ProHealthcare CPD reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for subscription services.

If payment cannot be collected on the agreement date, the membership will be deactivated until the card details are updated.

Attempts to debit payments will be made within 24 hours.

CANCELLING A MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel a SagePay or PayPal subscription, (ProDental CPD members only) click on the Cancel Membership button in the Membership Settings section of your account when you are signed in.

If you have a WorldPay agreement you should cancel your WorldPay agreement or send notification that you wish to cancel by email to [email protected] at least 2 working days prior to the renewal date. ProHealthcare CPD will forward you the details of how to cancel the WorldPay payment.

You should use the WorldPay username and password that you entered at the time you created the membership, this information was emailed to you by WorldPay when you made your first payment.

Office hours are Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM (UK time).

If you have a dispute with ProHealthcare CPD relating to the websites or the Automatic Renewal Programme, you may cancel your membership.

The cancellation of Automatic Renewal Programme is your only remedy with respect to any such dispute that you may have with us.

Any such termination or cancellation is subject to the no-refund policy described.

Please remember that if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are not complying with the Terms of Use, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription services.

Upon any termination or cancellation of your subscription services, we may immediately deactivate or delete your ProHealthcare CPD membership and all related information and/or bar any further access by you to the ProHealthcare CPD websites.  

REFUND POLICY

The first year’s ProDental CPD subscription payment is non-refundable.

Payments for PAYG courses are non-refundable.

No partial months will be refunded.

A refund will not be made if a module is completed (in part or full) following the renewal date and up to the next renewal date.

You will continue to have access until the end of your current subscription term.

If you feel you are entitled to a refund you should make a request by emailing [email protected]. The ProHealthcare CPD team will consider your request. You will be informed by email of the findings and if you are entitled to a refund, this will be made to your method of payment. ProHealthcare CPD aim to complete this within 7 working days (UK) of your application.

If notice of the intention to collect a ProDental CPD payment was sent to the subscriber, and the subscriber did not cancel the membership or future payment, ProHealthcare CPD reserves the right to apply an administration fee of £20 for processing any relevant refund.

All requests for refunds must be submitted by the account holder and by e-mail. ProHealthcare CPD cannot accept requests by telephone, post, text or via social media.

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms of Use are effective upon your acceptance signified by your using the site and shall continue until terminated in accordance with this section. 

You may terminate your membership at any time as described in Cancelling a Membership Subscription in these terms.

ProHealthcare CPD reserves the right to terminate its relationship with you at any time. 

Upon termination of these Terms of Use, you shall immediately cease accessing the ProHealthcare CPD websites except to the extent necessary to effectuate any of your obligations or rights arising under any orders that are intended to continue beyond such termination.

In the event collections proceedings or legal action become necessary, you agree to pay all of ProHealthcare CPD costs and fees incurred, including legal fees.

From time to time ProHealthcare CPD may, at its discretion, offer limited special offers or free trials of some products or services.

Any offers are for the use of the intended member only.

Any sharing or abuse of any offer may result in you becoming responsible for the cost of lost revenue incurred by ProHealthcare CPD as a result of your action.
