An excellent presentation.
Well laid out course with some very good practical points.
The anaphylaxis videos were particularly helpful. The overall speed, calmness and approach to the patient. I was surprised that it all seemed so leisurely, reassuring. Also, the course presented by people who obviously have a very working practical experience was great, sometimes such courses seem presented by people who have more "book knowledge" and seem to get very caught up in minor details rather than the big picture. This was the best course of its type I have seen.

Very good and I prefer this format. It is an excellent additional training method and in many ways I prefer it to our annual staff training days as there are fewer distractions and the presentation is very good.

This was one of the best medical emergencey training I have hadit was on a level I could understand .Loved the videos and how the symptoms can show and how the nurse communicated with the patient telling her every step to help keep her calm.
