As an experienced sedationist it was interesting to hear so many experienced sedation dentists discussing the complications and how they handle issues. I learnt tips on handling the complications I have not come across such as users of illicit drugs. I shall be using cat litter to denature the dregs of midazolam at my practice in future. I feel this has made me a safer sedation practitioner
interesting learning about the complications, esp the implant case where the patient returned the next day for suturing after walking out!!new learning about he MAD device and shall investigate into this more. Good to update my anatomy and complications on gaining venous access.
