Enjoyed this course and hope to attend a TCO course in the near future
Building trust, rapport, understanding and motivating your patient is very important in healthcare provision. Communication is very important, asking questions, answering questions might seem simple but this helps in not just providing care but actually achieving this easily, when you understand your patient it reduces the time they spend on the chair.
I was planning on taking a paid course on being a TCO and I'm definitely going to book that course now. Very interesting course with great insight on how a TCO can build your business .
Really enjoyed this course. Rachel was very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her role as TCO. I will certainly be taking some of the points raised back to our practice.
