Your access to the RD Surgery and Education web site, hereafter RDSE, is subject to the following Terms of Use. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between RDSE and you. Periodically, these Terms of Use may be updated without notice to you.  It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use for applicable changes.  Your using the web site after our posting of any changes to these Terms of Use will constitute your acceptance of those changes. Should you disagree with any changes, you should immediately cease using the RDSE web site.

Privacy Policy

The personally-identifiable information that you provide us on RDSE web site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is a part of these Terms of Use.   Please take the time to review the information below.
Information you provide voluntarily via our online forms is kept in the strictest confidence and is intended for use by RDSE or RDSE suppliers as may be needed.

We do not share or sell email addresses.

Occasionally we might provide links to other sites we think you will find useful. These sites are independent of RDSE and should have established their own privacy and security policies. You should review the privacy policies of these sites before providing them with your information.

It is your responsibility to ensure the information that you provide to us is complete, accurate and up to date. You will notify us immediately of any changes to your information.

RDSE is not responsible for the actual delivery or your receipt of these communications.

Membership

Once you register as a member of the RDSE website, we consider you a member of the RDSE community.  Your membership and password are only valid for your own personal, non-commercial use of RDSE.  During the registration process you will choose a specific user ID and password. Because the activities that occur under your user ID or password are your responsibility it is important that you keep your user ID and password safe. Please notify us immediately if you think someone has used your password or registration without your authority.

Your Use of the RDSE Web Site

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit the RDSE web site (or any portion of it), unless you have RDSE’s express written permission to do so. You may only use RDSE web site in accordance with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.  In addition, the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the website are the property of RDSE or its licensors.  In the event RDSE believes that you have failed to comply with all terms applicable to your use of RDSE web site, you agree that RDSE has the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to restrict your access to this or any other RDSE site.

Through the RDSE web site, you may be able to access links to other World Wide Web sites.  Because RDSE has no control over such sites, you acknowledge and agree that RDSE is not responsible for, and has no liability with respect to, the availability (or unavailability) of such sites, for the treatment of your personally-identifiable information by such sites, or for the information, products, content or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. Term and Termination

These Terms of Use are effective upon your acceptance signafied by your using the site and shall continue until terminated in accordance with this Section.  You may terminate your registration at any time by contacting us via email at info@rdsurgery.co.uk.  We will attempt to process all termination requests within 72 hours after we receive the request.  RDSE also reserves the right to terminate its relationship with you at any time.  Upon termination of these Terms of Use, you shall immediately cease accessing the RDSE web site except to the extent necessary to effectuate any of your obligations or rights arising under any orders that are intended to continue beyond such termination. In the event collections proceedings or legal action become necessary, you agree to pay all of RDSE costs and fees incurred, including legal fees.

Intellectual Property

The content that RDSE provides on our web site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, and logos, is owned by either RDSE or the party that has provided the content to us and is protected by international copyright laws. RDSE is the sole and exclusive owner of its compilation of this content on our web site, and this compilation is also protected by international copyright laws.  Unpermitted copying of any of this content could lead to copyright infringement. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Some features of or services provided through the Website require a fee-based subscription. If you elect to purchase subscription services you understand that your subscription is personal to you and the members of your household, and you may not transfer or make available your account name and password to others, including without limitation your co-workers. Any distribution by you of your account name and password may result in cancellation of your subscription without refund and in additional charges based on unauthorized use. From time to time the subscription services may change, without prior notice.

You may terminate Subscription Services at any time by contacting us at info@rdsurgery.co.uk. If you have a dispute with us relating to the Website or the subscription services, you may cancel the subscription services. The cancellation of subscription services is your only remedy with respect to any such dispute that you may have with us. We will attempt to process all cancellation requests within 72 hours after we receive your request. Any such termination or cancellation is subject to the no-refund policy described below. Please remember that if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are not complying with the Terms of Use, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription services. Upon any termination or cancellation of your subscription services, we may immediately deactivate or delete your Website membership and all related information and/or bar any further access by you to the Website.

Prices for all Subscription Services exclude all applicable taxes and telecommunication charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. To the extent permissible under law, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, whether or not they are listed on your receipt or statement. If you purchase subscription services, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card (or other form of payment that we may accept from time to time), the applicable fees and taxes (if any) set forth on the Website. We reserve the right, upon prior notice to you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees, effective at the end of your current subscription period. All authorized charges will be billed to your designated credit card account (or other payment method) on the terms described in the specific offer. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to RDSE for any reason, RDSE reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for subscription services.

Refund Policy. Payment for joining RDSE is non-refundable. No partial months will be refunded.

Automatic Renewal Program. If you are participating in the RDSE Automatic Renewal Program, RDSE will automatically renew your subscription on the anniversary of your purchase for three (3) year(s) to ensure that there is no interruption of your member privileges. RDSE will charge your credit card at the then-current renewal rate using the credit card information we have on file for your account. Unless you provide RDSE with prior notice that you are canceling your subscription, we may renew your subscription without further authorization from you. Please note that even if you provide us with notice, it will not affect charges submitted before RDSE can reasonably act. Please contact us at info@rdsurgery.co.uk to cancel your automatic renewal, cancel your subscription, or change your payment method.

FREE TRIAL

From time to time RDSE may, at its discretion, offer limited free trials of some products or services. To view the details of your free trial, if any, please visit your account page.

Only one free trial may be redeemed per person per membership type. Upon registering for your free trial, your credit card will be authorized for the price of the membership. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may reflect the authorization for the amount of the membership; however, no charges will be made to your credit card unless you do not cancel prior to the end of your free trial period.

We will begin charging your credit card for your specific membership at the end of your free trial. Visit your account page to view the end date of your free trial. You must cancel prior to the end of your free trial offer to avoid charges to your credit card. If you stay enrolled in our auto-renewal program, we will bill your credit card at the end of each subscription period until you cancel in order to provide you with continued use of your membership services.
